All four Britain's Got Talent judges to perform on Christmas special?

The Britain's Got Talent judges will reportedly take to the stage themselves as part of the Christmas special.

All four members of the Britain's Got Talent judging panel will reportedly perform during the show's upcoming Christmas special.

For the first time ever, the long-running ITV series is airing over the festive period with a special episode that will feature performances from some of the best acts from over the last 13 years.

According to The Sun, the judges themselves - Ashley Banjo, Amanda Holden, David Walliams and Alesha Dixon - will be taking to the stage to show off their respective talents.

The news means that Banjo, who is standing in for the injured Simon Cowell, will perform again with Diversity after their Black Lives Matter-themed appearance on the show in September drew thousands of complaints from viewers.

"It's been a chaotic year and show bosses wanted to treat audiences to something extra special," a source told the newspaper.

"It has never been done before and with Simon still recovering from his back injuries, it's the perfect opportunity to get the judges singing, dancing and telling jokes for their suppers.

"Luckily, there won't be anyone behind the panel to feed back on their performances."

Holden and both Dixon are both expected to sing, while comedian and author Walliams is "keeping his cards close to his chest" over the nature of his performance.
