Abi spirals further out of control
Kevin and Jack return home from holiday, shocked to find Abi and Dean on the sofa - high on drugs and alcohol. Kevin orders her to pack her things and get out - and when he gets a chance, Dean steals Kevin's garage keys and nicks a car. Abi gets in the car to try to stop him but Dean races off with her as a passenger.

Abi doubles over in pain so Dean stops the car and she gets out, clearly in agony. To her horror, Dean speeds off and leaves her. As she tries to call for an ambulance, her phone dies and she's left alone on an empty country road.

An exhausted and shellshocked Abi lets herself into number 13, where Debbie tells her she has until the end of the day to get out. Later, Tyrone opens up the garage to find a customer's car gone - and when he sees Abi with a bag of booze, he accuses her of having something to do with it.

After learning from Tyrone that the business could be finished, Abi visits Dean at his lockup, where the stolen BMW is parked up. With his back turned, she calls the police to report the crime - but Dean has overheard everything...

Concerned for Abi, Toyah calls her phone and is shocked when a policeman answers, explaining that Abi has been involved in an accident.

Abi is woken by police officers at her front door - but after getting rid of them, she heads out to score more drugs.

Adam's career in jeopardy
Adam tells the police that Lydia cloned his card, bought a phone and sent the texts - while at the factory, Lydia claims to a horrified Sarah that Adam barged into her flat and trashed the place. Later, Adam learns that he's been reported to the Solicitors Regulation Authority and faces the prospect of being struck off.

Kelly's secret is out
Kelly opens up to Simon and admits that she's caring for her mother, while trying to juggle school and shifts at the barbers. He urges her to tell Gary and Maria the truth but she's adamant she can take care of everything.

Kelly gets a call from Laura, who's fallen over. When Maria fumes that Kelly's not shown up for work, Simon decides he needs to tell her and Gary the truth. Later, at Kelly's flat, Gary suddenly arrives - how will they react?

Laura tells Gary that she plans to hire a PI to track down Rick and get hold of his money to pass on to Kelly before she dies. Horrified, Gary tells her that he'll arrange a PI for her.

Gary meets Lenny and tells him to pretend to track down Rick and get nowhere, but when Laura is introduced to Lenny she recognises him from back in the day and Gary's plan is thwarted.

A familiar face returns
Nicky tracks down Daniel at the school and explains that she's back in Weatherfield and has applied for a job as a teaching assistant. Later, they have a drink and when Daniel introduces Nicky to Daisy, Nicky reveals they've already met and Daisy told her that he'd moved away.
