Tom Parker welcomes baby boy after terminal brain tumour diagnosis

Tom Parker's wife Kelsey has given birth to their second child, bandmate and close friend Max George reveals.

The Wanted star Tom Parker and wife Kelsey Parker have welcomed a baby boy, weeks after he went public with news of his terminal illness.

The 32-year-old revealed earlier this month that he has been diagnosed with an incurable brain tumour but has vowed to fight it all the way and has already begun radiotherapy and chemotherapy.

The news came while Kelsey was heavily pregnant with the couple's second child and now Max George, Tom's bandmate and close friend, has revealed that she has given birth.

"I spoke to him yesterday, he's doing good, he's doing great," he told Lorraine today.

"Kelsey gave birth to their second child last week. He's a fighter, Tom. Tom will be all right.

"If he's watching by the way, I love you all."

The Wanted are thought to have held talks about staging a reunion in 2021 to celebrate the group's success.
