Watch ITV's first silhouetted look at Darragh Ennis, the brand new Chaser to join ITV's The Chase.

The Chase has teased a first look at its new Chaser Darragh Ennis.

Earlier this year it was revealed that the 47-year-old would be joining the roster of Chasers on the long-running ITV quiz series, becoming the first new addition since Jenny Ryan was inducted five years ago.

Ennis is a former contestant on the show who became a viral sensation when he appeared in 2017, winning £9,000 for his team only for his teammates to accept lower offers and whittle it down to a prize pot of £2,700.

The exact debut date of the new Chaser is unknown, although the show offered a first look at his silhouetted form in Monday's episode of the show.
