Sports Mole takes an in-depth look at how Crystal Palace could line up for Tuesday's Premier League clash with Ipswich Town.

Crystal Palace head coach Oliver Glasner is facing a critical decision over Eberechi Eze for Tuesday's Premier League showdown with Ipswich Town at Portman Road.

The 26-year-old made his return from a hamstring injury in Saturday's 1-1 draw with Newcastle United, although he was taken off on the 65-minute mark as a precautionary measure.

With just over 72 hours of recovery time in between matches, Glasner may be tempted to wrap Eze in cotton wool and demote him from the starting XI, especially with Eddie Nketiah and Justin Devenny offering competent options for change.

However, such is the importance of this relegation six-pointer that Eze will likely reprise his role in the first XI in support of Jean-Philippe Mateta, as Glasner has confirmed that he is ready to start again.

Nketiah's path to the starting lineup is not completely blocked off, though, as the ex-Arsenal man will be a contender to replace Ismaila Sarr if Glasner decides to operate with two focal points up front.

One further change in the engine room could see a fit-again Cheick Doucoure step in for Will Hughes, while Daniel Munoz bombs down the right flank after his heroic late leveller in the showdown with Newcastle.

Marc Guehi also redeemed himself with the assist for the Colombian's equaliser after his earlier own goal, and the England international should link arms with Maxence Lacroix and Trevoh Chalobah in an unaltered back three.

Matheus Franca (groin), Chadi Riad (knee) and Adam Wharton (groin) are all missing through injury for Palace, while Daichi Kamada serves the third and final game of his suspension.

Crystal Palace possible starting lineup:
Henderson; Lacroix, Chalobah, Guehi; Munoz, Doucoure, Lerma, Mitchell; Eze; Nketiah, Mateta
