Baltimore Ravens coach John Harbaugh has said that Dennis Pitta will play if he can as the tight end looks to rejoin his side ahead of their most important games this campaign.
The injured Pitta must be registered on the active roster by December 11, or he will be noted as an injured reserve for the rest of the NFL season.
"We'll go through this week and see how he does," said Harbaugh, according to ESPN.
"If he can play, he will. We want to get him up. That's our goal. It's not 100% certain at this point."
Pitta is thought to be back in light training with the Ravens, although no decision has been made about including the player in the team's roster.
