Report: LeSean McCoy fit for first week of new season

Running back LeSean McCoy will be fit to make his Buffalo Bills debut against the Indianapolis Colts in week one of the new season despite a hamstring strain.

New Buffalo Bills running back LeSean McCoy will be fit to play in week one of the new season, according to reports.

The 27-year-old joined the Bills from the Philadelphia Eagles in the close-season, but sustained a hamstring injury in practice on Tuesday.

The Bills fear that he could miss the rest of pre-season, but NFL Media claims that McCoy will face the Indianapolis Colts on September 13.

McCoy scored five touchdowns in 2014.
