Buffalo Bills head coach Rex Ryan has claimed that the New England Patriots were trying to "embarrass" his side in their week two victory at Ralph Wilson Stadium.
The Patriots held a 37-13 lead in the fourth quarter, but continued to throw the ball downfield rather than attempt to kill the clock.
Buffalo came back into the game with three touchdowns to close the gap to five points, but Bill Belichick's men secured the victory by kicking a late field goal.
Ryan told reporters: "Our emotions got the better of us, but I loved how we battled back when a team was clearly trying to embarrass us."
The Bills moved to 2-1 in their season by defeating the Miami Dolphins 41-14 in week three.
