Wide receiver Cole Beasley signs a four-year deal with the Dallas Cowboys to keep him with the club until the end of the 2018 season.

Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Cole Beasley has signed a new four-year deal with the club.

The 25-year-old joined the NFC East outfit in the 2012 season as an undrafted free agent, and played a limited role in his first year with the team.

Over the past two seasons Beasley has become a valuable target for quarterback Tony Romo in the slot and has now been rewarded with a four-year contract worth up to $13.6m (£8.8m), with $7m (£4.5m) guaranteed.

Beasley has recorded 91 receptions for 916 yards and six touchdowns in his three seasons with Jason Garrett's men.
