Mike McCarthy has said that the Green Bay Packers did "very good work" during their 17-10 defeat to the Seattle Seahawks last night.
A Stephen Williams touchdown in the fourth quarter secured the victory for the Seahawks, which was the Packers' second loss this pre-season.
The head coach told the team's website: "This was very good work for our players. This will give us a very accurate evaluation.
"We have a process. We're going to trust the process. I feel very good about the process. I wanted to win the game but there was more information that was needed. We'll see what the video says and we'll move on from there.
"It's part of developing a football team. It's about one thing, creating opportunities for your football team, creating opportunities to grow. This is about film evaluation. I feel strongly we'll get ready."
The Packers play the Kansas City Chiefs in their final game of the pre-season next week.
