Andrew Luck: "I have to improve"

Indianapolis Colts quarterback Andrew Luck admits that he has to improve, with his team currently sitting at 0-2.

Indianapolis Colts quarterback Andrew Luck has admitted that his play needs to improve in order to help his team win games.

The AFC South side have lost their opening two games of the season, and coach Chuck Paganosaid on Wednesday that his quarterback needs to improve his decision making.

The former first overall pick agreed with his coach's assessment and believes that he has to be more careful with the ball in his hands.

The 22-year-old told reporters: "I have to improve. There are no excuses.

"The fumble, the interceptions, I have direct control on what happens with the ball. As a quarterback, you do; it's in your hands.

"I haven't made the best decisions and missed some throws. Shoot, you work on it. You go out in practice and you work on it and see how you can do in the game."

Luck has started every game for the Colts in the NFL since entering the league in 2012.
