Gus Bradley has said that Maurice Jones-Drew and Cecil Shorts III are both "very questionable" for the Jacksonville Jaguars' game against the Buffalo Bills this weekend.
The running back injured his hamstring during the AFC South side's game against the Houston Texans last week, while Shorts has missed two practices this week with a groin injury which has hampered him throughout the season.
The head coach told reporters: "I think they're both very questionable, very questionable. We have our fingers crossed on both of them.
"We're trying to keep Ace [Sanders] locked in at his position and not move him around. Mike Brown gives us flexibility to play all the positions."
Shorts added: "It's a 'feel' thing. I've been dealing with it all year, it's just a matter of it not getting better. It's getting worse. We'll see how it feels [today]. If I'm able to play, I'm playing."
The Jaguars have won four of their last five games.
