Miami Dolphins head coach Joe Philbin has taken full responsibility for his side's defeat to the Buffalo Bills.
The Dolphins were hammered by their AFC East rivals 41-14 at SunLife Stadium, and were booed off the pitch by their supporters as they slipped to their second defeat of the campaign.
Philbin is adamant that he and his side have to work together to get back to winning ways to keep their playoff hopes alive.
"It's my responsibility to get this team to reach its potential," Philbin told reporters. "This was not a good performance.
"I take responsibility. As a team, players and coaches, we have to do a better job and it starts with me.
"It's really simple. We got two ways to go. We can start saying, you're the problem, I'm the problem, he's the problem, we're the problem, or we work together and come up with some solutions and play better football. That's really where we are as a team."
The Dolphins have failed to reach the playoffs since the 2008 season.
