The New England Patriots have confirmed that Kenbrell Thompkins and Aaron Dobson will both miss today's game against the Miami Dolphins.
The rookie wide receivers, who also sat out last week's 27-26 win over the Cleveland Browns, have ankle and hip injuries respectively.
The pair emerged earlier in the season while the Patriots were without tight end Rob Gronkowski, who will miss the rest of the campaign with a torn ACL and MCL.
A win later today would ensure that New England finish top in the AFC East.
