New York Giants wide receiver Victor Cruz has revealed that he and his teammates are excited about the second half of their season.
The Giants started their year 0-6 but have won their last two games to move to 2-6 in the campaign and are just three games behind the Dallas Cowboys at the top of the NFC East, whom they play in two weeks time.
Cruz told ProFootballTalk.com: "Once we put two together, we feel like we can string more together.
"We're coming off the bye where we get Andre Brown back after his setback earlier this season so we're excited for that.
"We're excited for what our team has in store and we look forward to doing some good things in the upcoming weeks."
Tom Coughlin's side face the Oakland Raiders on Sunday.
