Nick Foles has said that he wants to focus on throwing the ball "naturally" during the Philadelphia Eagles' game against the Oakland Raiders this weekend.
The quarterback missed the NFC East side's game against the New York Giants last week with a concussion, but will start on Sunday as Michael Vick is carrying a hamstring injury.
The 24-year-old told reporters: "Just sling it. Just rip it. Just throw it how you know, don't hold anything back, really follow through.
"I know how to throw a football. Sometimes I try to aim it. I know I'm accurate, I just have to naturally let my throwing motion take control.
"I feel good. I feel like every day I'm getting back up to speed. I felt like today was a great day of just really playing at game speed and going through the reads and just throwing the ball with some strength."
Foles has completed 622 passing yards and six touchdowns so far this season.
