England sprinter Adam Gemili has eased through to Monday's 100m semi-finals at the Commonwealth Games by winning his heat this afternoon.
The 20-year-old clocked the best time of the first six 100m heats in Hampden Park by crossing the line in 10.15s.
Gemili, a gold medallist at the Under-23 European Championships last year, will be joined in the last four by compatriot Richard Kilty, who finished joint-second with South Africa's Simon Magakwe in the following heat.
Tomorrow's semi-finals are scheduled to begin at approximately 7.35pm.
