Carl Lewis has claimed that there could be "some surprises" in the 100m final at the Olympics.
The nine-time Olympic champion believes that the conditions at night in London could be key when the likes of Yohan Blake and Usain Bolt begin their pursuit of a gold medal.
Lewis said: "It's going to be an amazing final. It's quite cool here in the evenings and that could be a factor.
"I think there will be some surprises."
Former world record holder Maurice Greene has tipped Blake to win the event inside the Olympic Stadium.
