New Zealand's shot put athlete Valerie Adams receives her Olympic gold medal in a ceremony in Auckland a month after Belarus's Nadzeya Ostapchuk was stripped of the top honour.
The Belarusian was stripped of the top honour at London 2012 after she failed a drugs test, which showed that she had banned steroid metenolone in her system.
Adams was handed the gold medal by New Zealand governor general Sir Jerry Mateparae at a ceremony in Auckland a month after the Olympic event.
Adams initially secured silver with a distance of 20.70m.
