Young sprinter Chijindu Ujah has become only the fifth Briton to break the 10-second barrier having clocked 9.96s in a 100m race at a meeting in the Netherlands.
The 20-year-old's time at the FBK games in Hengelo on Sunday puts him third on the UK all-time list, with only former World and Olympic champion Linford Christie and reigning British title holder James Dasaolu ahead of him.
His performance also set a new national Under-23 record as well as setting a new European Under-20 mark.
The Enfield and Haringey Harrier came to prominence earlier in the season when he finished fourth in the British Indoor Championship over 60m, behind eventual World Indoor gold medallist Richard Kilty.
Ujah is coached by Jonas Tawiah-Dodoo, who also looks after London 2012 long jump champion Greg Rutherford.
