Mo Farah has won the 5000m title at the UK World Athletics trials in Birmingham.
The Brit posted a time of 14:00.72 to take him through to next month's finals in Daegu, South Korea.
The 28-year-old acknowledged that his recent relocation to the USA is now paying dividends.
"I've made a lot of changes in my life, as an athlete you have to make sacrifices," he told BBC Sport.
"Things are going really well. The crowd gave massive support, which was nice."
Second-placed Andy Vernon will be following Farah to South Korea with a time of 14:01.72.
