Brooklyn Nets general manager Billy King has stated that the franchise has no plans to limit center Brook Lopez's game time next season as he comes back from injury.
Lopez suffered a serious foot injury last season, which required reconstruction surgery, with both the franchise and team management holding the opinion that the loss of the center limited their chances to go further in 2013-14.
"Right now, there is no plan to put any restrictions on him, but I think as we do with all players through the pre-season - whether you're looking at KG or Deron, who's coming off of ankle injuries - you build them up," Kelly told SiriusXM NBA Radio.
"You get them ready for the opening day of the season, but you're really getting them ready for January, February, March and April. So I look at it like climbing a ladder throughout the season when you have veteran players."
The next NBA campaign will get underway on October 28.
