The Houston Rockets have reportedly identified LaMarcus Aldridge and Kevin Love as their top free agent targets this summer.
It was reported on Wednesday that Love had opted out of his deal with the Cleveland Cavaliers to test free agency, while Aldridge is also expected to leave the Portland Trail Blazers.
The Rockets are keen to clear cap space over the next couple of months, and ESPN claims that Terrence Jones and the 18th pick in Thursday night's NBA Draft could both be traded away to help make a move possible.
Despite knowing that any potential move would leave their roster thin, the Rockets are believed to be keen to pair Aldridge with All-Star center Dwight Howard in the frontcourt.
Texas native Aldridge is also believed to be attracting interest from the San Antonio Spurs and the Dallas Mavericks, while Love is a reported target for the Los Angeles Lakers.
Love is expected to re-sign with the Cavaliers, despite the interest in his services.
