LeBron James: 'Every player would have ignored concussion'

Miami Heat forward LeBron James believes that every player would ignore concussion symptoms during the conference finals.

LeBron James has said that he believes every player would have played through concussion symptoms during the NBA conference finals.

Indiana Pacers swingman Paul George admitted that he blacked out and suffered blurred vision after taking a knee to the head earlier this week, but was cleared to return to the game after telling the team's doctors that he felt fine.

The Miami Heat forward told NBC Sports: "I think every last player in the Final Four would have played through it. This is the conference finals, and obviously, a concussion is very serious.

"Our concussion test is not as extensive as the NFL. It doesn't happen as much. I think all of us would have played through it under the circumstances."

George was diagnosed with a concussion after the game and is a doubt for the third game of the series, which takes place tomorrow.
