Miami Heat head coach Erik Spoelstra believes that power forward Chris Bosh is his side's "most important player" following his performance in game two of the NBA Finals.
Bosh scored 18 points in the Heat's 98-96 victory over the San Antonio Spurs and despite being eclipsed by LeBron James's 35-point game, Spoelstra has admitted that he is grateful to the role the 30-year-old performs for his team.
"Look, he is arguably our most important player," he told reporters. "We've said that now for four years. And it's not just because of that shot.
"That's what everybody notices, and if he's not getting the normal opportunities and he's not scoring, or he doesn't have the big rebound numbers, it seems from the outside everybody is so critical of his game. But for us, he has a lot on his plate."
Game three of the NBA Finals takes place on Tuesday.
