Russell Westbrook has challenged the Oklahoma City Thunder to start games better this season.
The Thunder were behind for most of their clash with the Denver Nuggets on Monday night, but a strong performance in the fourth quarter earned them a 115-113 victory.
However, Westbrook believes that Oklahoma cannot continue to fall behind early on and he was eager to take the blame after the game.
"It's tough. We can't continue to do that and put pressure on ourselves. We've got to start the game better," the point guard told reporters. "Most of that is my fault."
The win on Monday night extended Oklahoma's unbeaten home record to four games.
