LaMarcus Aldridge has admitted that he is "disappointed" by the Portland Trail Blazers' exit from the NBA playoffs.
The Blazers were beaten 99-93 in game five by the Memphis Grizzlies, giving their opponents a 4-1 series win which sets up a Western Conference semi-final against the Golden State Warriors.
The power forward told ESPN: "We're one of the top offensive teams in the league, and we never felt that rhythm. That's disappointing for us.
"We know that this team is a lot better than what we played. I'm mad about going home so early. I'm disappointed in not getting to the second round."
Portland won the Northwest Division for the first time this season.
