Tony Bellew has revealed that he has held discussions about facing Michael Bisping in a UFC contest.
The Liverpool-based heavyweight said that he has spoken with UFC's parent company IMG about crossing over into mixed martial arts when his boxing career has concluded.
"IMG I think it was, the guys I met with in Vegas," he told talkSPORT. "At the Conor McGregor versus Floyd Mayweather fight, I had a sit down with a couple of guys.
"They were like 'are you serious?' and I said '100%'. Going in a cage, something about it floats my boat.
"I've got all the respect in the world for Bisping, it wouldn't cross over to be nasty or anything. I'm pretty sure it would just be fun."
Bellew is currently preparing for his heavyweight showdown with David Haye on May 5.
