Tommy Coyle has admitted that he is looking forward to a possible summer fight with Olympic champion Luke Campbell.
Coyle, nicknamed 'Boom, Boom', was almost stopped in the second round by Martin Gethin after a left hook from his opponent sent the 25-year-old sprawling to the canvas.
However, the Hull boxer eventually won in five rounds and Coyle has suggested that his mind is on the potential summer bout with Campbell.
He told Sky Sports News: "Sorry it was a short night but let's all look forward to the summer showdown with Luke Campbell.
"I love fighting. I love getting in this ring. I'd have loved going 12 rounds tonight - or more.
"I can look forward to Luke Campbell though. I think I am going to knock him out. He's my mate and I will be after."
Campbell also won on the same card, with a third-round stoppage of Levis Morales.
