Carl Frampton has said on social media that he will face Leo Santa Cruz for the WBA featherweight title later this year.
After Frampton defeated Scott Quigg to unify the super-bantamweight division in February, reports soon emerged that the Northern Irishman would move up a weight division to face fellow undefeated fighter Santa Cruz.
On Friday night, the 29-year-old - who still holds the IBF bantamweight belt - confirmed that he would travel to the United States to meet the Mexican.
