Carl Froch has claimed that George Groves is not showing him enough respect in the build-up to their clash in the winter.
The IBF and WBA super middleweight champion will meet Groves in an all-British encounter later this year and said that he feels Groves is not giving him enough credit for his achievements in the sport.
"He's not showing me enough respect for what I've done," Froch told talkSPORT.
"He's talking about me believing my hype, when he should be showing me some respect.
"If he wants to be a bit cheeky and aloof it's my job to punish him and that's what I'll do."
Froch's last fight ended in victory when he won on points against Mikkel Kessler.
