Robert Guerrero has been revealed as Floyd Mayweather's opponent for the American's return to the ring on May 4.
Mayweather, who served a two-month prison sentence in 2012, has not fought since beating Miguel Cotto for the WBA light-middleweight title almost a year ago.
The bout will take place in Las Vegas and marks the first of a six-fight broadcast deal secured by CBS and Showtime PPV.
Guerrero has a professional record of 31-1-1 and has recently stepped up two weight classes in an attempt to box with the sport's biggest names.
Devon Alexander had been touted as a possible opponent for Mayweather, but he instead looks poised to face impressive Briton Kell Brook.
