WBC world cruiserweight champion Tony Bellew has said that only a knockout will do for him during Saturday's bout with BJ Flores.
Bellew won the title from Ilunga Makabu at Goodison Park in May and will make his first defence of the belt this weekend, once again on home soil at the Echo Arena.
However, the 33-year-old is not looking to merely win the fight and believes that it is necessary for him to retain the title in style.
"I have to win and win in good fashion, so that probably does mean a knockout," he told PA.
"I don't know how far he is willing to go, how much he is willing to take. But I know I'm willing to throw the kitchen sink, the whole lot, at him."
Bellew goes into the fight with a career record of 27-2-1, including 17 knockouts.
