Watch: Saul 'Canelo' Alvarez almost hits hole-in-one at Pebble Beach

Unified super-middleweight champion Saul Alvarez almost hits a hole-in-one at Pebble Beach on Wednesday.

Saul Alvarez enjoyed a hugely successful 2021, winning three fights to become the unified world super-middleweight champion.

However, ahead of scheduling his next fight, 'Canelo' is turning his attention to the golf course, where he is due to take part in the 2022 AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am.

The Mexican superstar will team up with Wyndham Clark over the opening three rounds, but he almost stole the show ahead of the PGA Tour event getting underway on Thursday.

During Wednesday's practice event, Alvarez nearly made a hole-in-one at the 17th hole, spinning the ball back to within 11 inches of the hole.

Alvarez's next outing in the boxing ring is expected to be the opening weekend in May.
