Ricky Burns has lost his WBO world lightweight title to Terence Crawford on a unanimous points decision.
It was the 30-year-old's first defeat in seven years, as he went down 116-112 117-111 116-112 to his 26-year-old American opponent in Glasgow on Saturday.
"The better man won," BBC Sport quotes him as saying. "There are some big fights out there for me but my first choice would be a rematch.
"We knew it was going to be difficult. I knew how good he was. I would like to keep fighting at world level.
"I think I proved tonight that I definitely do belong there. I'm definitely going to stay at lightweight. I made the weight comfortably."
On the undercard on Saturday, Olympic gold medallist Anthony Joshua got the better of Hector Avila, while Anthony Ogogo maintained his unbeaten record with victory over Greg O'Neil.
