Great Britain boxing hopeful Josh Kelly has set up a quarter-final bout with Ireland's Adam Nolan at the European Games in Baku by defeating Mahamed Nurudzinau today.
He dominated the Belarusian - a former European champion - in a one-sided first round before Nurudzinau fought back gamely to level up the 69kg welterweight clash.
However, Kelly, 21, edged out his 34-year-old counterpart to clinch the win and march into the last eight.
The youngster faces Nolan - who demolished Dario Morello 3-0 in the round-of-16 - on Tuesday afternoon.
