England batsman Ian Bell has insisted that his best form is still to come ahead of the Ashes series that starts at the end of November.
Bell, who impressed in the recent series on home soil, said that he has had some bad performances in Australia and intends to put that right this time.
"I was really happy how the series panned out for me and that is what I've been trying to do for a long time," the Metro quotes Bell as saying.
"I don't think that is the finish of it. I want to carry on and I believe at 31 I'm in the best time as a batsman. In the past I've had poor series against Australia and I've had a couple of good series now, and that was really important to me.
"Nothing is guaranteed out here after what happened in England so I'll be working as hard as I can to score runs."
The first Test begins on November 21 in Brisbane.
