Ian Bell has been added to the England Lions squad to face the West Indies as a replacement for the injured Ben Stokes.
All-rounder Stokes was ruled out of the May 10 game after a scan revealed a back injury would prevent him from bowling.
The ECB national selector Geof Miller said: "It is unfortunate that Ben's injury has ruled him out of the match.
"Ian Bell was keen to play another game ahead of the Test series [against West Indies and South Africa].
"After performing well for Warwickshire this week, this match provides an ideal opportunity for him to continue his preparations as well as helping to ensure England Lions prove challenging opposition for West Indies."
Bell scored his first century for nine months in Warwickshire's victory over Durham this week.
