England have been bowled out for 330 by India during the afternoon session of the second day's play in Nagpur.
After resuming after lunch on 277-7, Joe Root and Graeme Swann took their side past 300 before Root was caught and bowled by Piyush Chawla for 73.
With the introduction of tail-ender James Anderson, Swann went on the offensive to bring up his fifty off 86 balls.
He struck a further six but Chawla trapped him lbw with the following ball to leave England on 325-9.
Monty Panesar joined Anderson in the middle to try to add further runs but after the pair contributed five runs, Anderson was caught off the bowling of Chawla, who picked up his fourth wicket of the innings.
