Rajasthan Royals ease past Royal Challengers Bangalore

Rajasthan Royals take a comfortable six-wicket win over Royal Challengers Bangalore after bowling their opponents out for 70.

Rajasthan Royals have cruised to a six-wicket win over Royal Challengers Bangalore in their Indian Premier League match this afternoon.

The visitors lost two wickets in the opening over as Stuart Binny dismissed Yogesh Takawale for a duck before Parthiv Patel was run out for just one.

Two wickets in as many balls from Kane Richardson reduced Bangalore to 5-4, before Virat Kohli provided some resistance with 21 from 25 balls.

However, Pravin Tambe tore through the lower order, claiming four wickets to bowl the visitors out for 70 runs.

Rajasthan made a quick start as they chased 71 for victory, with Ajunkya Rahane hitting 23 off 19 balls.

Mitchell Starc tried to give the visitors some hope, claiming two wickets from his four overs, but it was not enough to stop the Royals easing past their total in 13 overs.
