Next to go was Azhar Ali as he was trapped lbw by Jacques Kallis with Pakistan on 70-3.
The final wicket of the session to fall was Younus Khan, who was removed by Morne Morkel.
As tea was called, Pakistan were 104-4 - needing 376 more runs to win the Test.
