The Mumbai Indians recorded their third victory in nine IPL games this year thanks to a seven-wicket victory over Sunrisers Hyderabad this evening.
The Sunrisers won the toss and put themselves into bat, with opener Aaron Finch top-scoring with 68 runs from 62 balls.
Fellow Aussie David Warner (55 not out) was the other man to achieve a half-century as the hosts reached 157-3 from their 20 overs.
Like Finch, Mumbai opener Lendl Simmons and number three Ambati Rayudu scored 68 runs, from 50 and 46 balls respectively.
They set the foundation for a winning total that was seen home in the penultimate over by Rohit Sharma (14*) and Kieron Pollard (6*) with eight balls to spare.
Victory elevates the Indians to sixth in the table while Hyderabad drop a place to fifth.
