Chris Jordan has been named in the Sussex Sharks squad for Wednesday's T20 Blast quarter-final against Northants.
After breaking into the England squad last summer due to his impressive form for the county, Jordan was tipped for a big campaign but suffered a side strain while playing against New Zealand in June's ODI series.
The 26-year-old seamer has been out of action since the injury, but he could be in line to return when Sussex host Northants tomorrow night.
Jordan could now be in contention to earn a spot in the England squad for the upcoming limited-overs matches against Australia.
