The house used for the reboot of Big Brother in Australia has been demolished, new paparazzi pictures show.
After an absence from Aussie screens of almost six years, the iconic reality show returned last year with a new, pre-recorded format that proved to be a hit with viewers.
After BB's original location at Dreamworld on the Gold Coast was burned down by vandals, producers hired a warehouse in Manly for the revival and gave it a glamorous interior makeover.
According to the Daily Mail, however, production company Endemol Shine only had use of the site for a limited period and were served an eviction notice over concerns for local wildlife.
Before the set began being dismantled, a brand new season was filmed in its entirety before Christmas and will air on Seven at some point within the next few months.
The network has yet to formally give the go-ahead to future seasons of the show, although Endemol is likely to have already started scouting locations for potential filming later this year.
