The episode titles, writers and directors for all eight episodes of the new series of Doctor Who have been revealed.
The show has also confirmed that Bridgerton star Golda Rosheuvel - aka Queen Charlotte - will guest star in the opening episode of the new series as Jocelyn, who collides with The Doctor (Ncuti Gatwa) and companion Ruby Sunday (Millie Gibson) for an adventure.
"It's been amazing to see the whole world appreciate Golda's talents, because of Bridgerton, and it's been an absolute joy to invite her to Cardiff to help launch Ncuti and Millie's first season," showrunner Russell T Davies said of her casting.
The episode will be released on May 11 as part of a double-bill with episode two, which guest stars Jinkx Monsoon as "The Doctor's most powerful enemy yet" in a story that sees The Doctor and Ruby travel back to the '60s and encounter The Beatles.
New episodes will then follow every week for six weeks, culminating with the two-part finale spread over two weeks.
