The BBC has added nine classic episodes of EastEnders to iPlayer, it has been announced.
The iconic episodes come from across the show's near 36-year history and include the infamous Den and Angie divorce papers Christmas episode, the Sharongate affair, Pat and Peggy's two-hander and Amira and Syed's wedding.
Other episodes featured are the exposure of Max and Stacey's affair, Peggy rumbling Pat and Frank, Walford's first Pride, Shirley's confession to Mick and the dramatic conclusion to the 'Who killed Lucy Beale?' storyline.
"With so many people watching EastEnders on BBC iPlayer over the festive and new year period, fans can now enjoy more of Walford Square's best ever moments," said Dan McGolpin, controller of BBC iPlayer.
"Whether you're a new fan, or you can remember Den and Angie running The Queen Vic, BBC iPlayer has some cracking episodes of EastEnders ready for you to binge on."
The BBC has also been gradually adding episodes of the soap from 2008 to iPlayer over the last year.
