EastEnders actress Lacey Turner reveals that she is 16 weeks pregnant with her second child.

EastEnders actress Lacey Turner has revealed that she is pregnant with her second baby.

The 32-year-old, who plays Stacey Slater, was granted a second extensive break from the soap last week, although at the time the reason for her departure was unclear.

Speaking to OK!, Turner revealed that she is expecting with husband Matt Kay one year on from the birth of their first child Dusty, who arrived after two tragic miscarriages.

"We feel so lucky to be expecting our second baby, as it took so long to get Dusty," she told the magazine.

"But now they're coming along like buses! After the heartbreak we went through, it's a miracle to fall pregnant so quickly."

Turner, who is 16 weeks pregnant, added that she is planning to take six months off EastEnders before returning to the soap.
