Mike Tindall will reportedly become the first member of the Royal family to appear on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!

Mike Tindall has reportedly agreed a deal to appear in the lineup of this year's I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!

The 43-year-old - winner of the 2003 Rugby World Cup with England - is married to Zara Phillips, daughter of Princess Anne, and will become the first member of the Royal family to compete on the ITV show when he flies out to Australia this month.

A source told The Sun: "It's a massive coup. Mike has had a box seat for some of the most important moments in royal history for generations.

"He is sure to be discreet, but his sheer presence means this series will be an absolute must-watch."

Tindall's rumoured campmates include the likes of music legend Boy George, comedian Seann Walsh, Coronation Street's Sue Cleaver, radio DJ Chris Moyles and newsreader Charlene White.

The new series is expected to start on ITV at the end of the month.
