Ariana Grande suggests that her surprise new album will be called Positions and be released on October 30.

Ariana Grande has suggested that her imminent new album will be called Positions.

Last week the 27-year-old made the surprise announcement that her next record will be released this month and now she has dropped more hints about it on social media.

The singer posted a short video to Instagram of her typing out the word 'POSITIONS' on a QWERTY keyboard, and now her official website has been redesigned to feature just the word 'POSITIONS' and two countdown clocks.

The first clock is set for this Friday, October 23, while the second expires a week later on Friday, October 30.

Fans have concluded that both the new album and lead single are both called Positions, speculating that the single will be released this Friday ahead of the full album at the end of the month.
