New Bond movie No Time To Die delayed until April 2021

The new James Bond movie No Time To Die is delayed until April 2021 - a year later than the original release date.

The highly-anticipated new James Bond movie No Time To Die has been delayed by a further five months due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Daniel Craig's final outing as 007 was originally scheduled to be released this April but was postponed until November as coronavirus effectively shut down the cinema industry.

With a second wave now on the way and the worldwide box office still struggling to pull in the punters, the decision has now been taken to push the movie back until next Spring.

A short statement on the official James Bond Twitter account said: "MGM, Universal and Bond producers, Michael G. Wilson and Barbara Broccoli, today announced the release of No Time To Die, the 25th film in the James Bond series, will be delayed until 2 April 2021 in order to be seen by a worldwide theatrical audience.

"We understand the delay will be disappointing to our fans but we now look forward to sharing No Time To Die next year."

The movie also stars Rami Malek as the villainous Safin, Ben Whishaw as Q and Ralph Fiennes as M.
